Woodland areas are incredibly important habitats for many reasons, one of these is the deadwood areas that they offer. Deadwood supports moss, fungi, insects and other invertebrates and attracts small mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds. Did you know these habitats can easily be created in any space?

A log pile can support a huge amount of wildlife so why not create one using our easy to follow instructions below and give space to wildlife this Winter.
