The art sale with a twist is back!

The SECRET ART SALE is now in its fifth year. Royal Academicians, local artists, art students and many others, kindly donate work but, we don't reveal the artist name until the art is bought!

We all find ourselves spending more time at home these days so why not spend it doing something creative and help a small nature and heritage charity at the same time?

Here is how you can contribute:

  • create an A5 painting, drawing, sketch or photograph on the theme of "Exploration" (more than one artwork welcome)
  • on the REVERSE of the card please write:
    • title of your work (if it has one)
    • your name
    • your contact details
    • your signature
    • indicate the orientation of your work for display purpose
  • or simply print this form and stick it on the back of your art card
  • please DO NOT FRAME your artwork
  • post your work to Environment Trust, ETNA Centre, 13 Rosslyn Road, East Twickenham, TW1 2AR by 31st August 2020

If you have any questions please call us on 07860 878462 or email [email protected]

The Secret Art Sale will look slightly different this year. But don't worry, the works will be exhibited anonymously and each will still be sold at a price of £40. This enables buyers to purchase works of art they like at an affordable price, whilst offering them the chance of owning work by a renowned artist or celebrity. Only when buyers receive their purchase will the name of the artist be revealed!

Some of the artists and their works donated to our Secret Art Sale in the past:

Sir Quentin Blake CBE, FCSD

John Wragg RA

Ian Ritchie CBE RA

Ken Howard OBE RA

Roger McGough CBE, FRSL

Alison Wilding OBE RA

Tracey Emin CBE RA

Norman Ackroyd CBE RA

Deborah Meaden

Prof. Trevor Dannatt RA

Peter Randall-Page RA

Prof. Stephen Farthing RA

Last year 376 works were kindly donated by a wide range of people. They were viewed by thousands, and almost all sold. Every penny of the profits supports our charitable nature and heritage conservation work in the local area.

At the Secret Art Sale there will be some larger art pieces available in our silent auction. If you would like to donate a larger piece of art please get in touch. 2019 silent auction raised £3,780. One piece – Northern Line by Royal Federation of British Artists member Robert Wells – went for £2,500!
