Washington Marathon fundraiserLocal volunteer, James Simcox, is running the Richmond Park Marathon so that the Environment Trust can help protect our British mammals.

In the past twenty years many British mammals, including hedgehogs and water voles,  have declined by up to two-thirds. The Mammal Society and Natural England warn that twelve British mammals are threatened with imminent extinction.

We are doing what we can to help these iconic animals but we need funds so we can do more. Please support us.

James has been training hard since October for the race which is on Sunday 19th May 2019. We are very grateful to James for all the sweat and time he is putting in . James has already run the London Marathon for us on the hottest race day on record, and we can't believe he is prepared to do it again!

Our heart felt thanks to James and all who support him.
